When do you work?
9am to 1pm Eastern, every weekday, alongside your team. In Islamabad that’s 6pm to 10pm, or 7pm to 11pm while the US is on standard time.
Who owns the code?
You do. Every repo, credential and document, from day one. If we ever part ways, you get a full handover.
What if my product needs a rebuild?
The audit ends with a clear rescue-or-rebuild recommendation. If a rebuild is the right answer, we’ll say so, even though rescues are what we sell.
How do we pay?
By ACH or wire, invoiced from our US entity. Prices are fixed and published. Nothing is billed hourly.
Why only 2 new rescues a quarter?
Each rescue needs a senior lead for 6 weeks. We only take on what we can staff properly.
Why is the sprint $9,000 only with the retainer?
The retainer is what keeps the fixes fixed. A sprint on its own is quoted after the audit.
What do you need from us to start?
Full access to the repo, cloud and domain accounts, and a 6-week pause on new features so the sprint can go into stability.
Do you use AI?
Yes, inside our delivery, to read, test and document code faster. You’re paying for judgment and outcomes, not for AI.
Can we leave?
